You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT departments, and other developers, to ensure seamless integration and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools. Architect solutions that ensure scalability and future growth of the platform. Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce integrations with external systems (APIs, web services, etc.). Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other Salesforce developers and team members. Translate business requirements into functional and technical design documentation. Ensure data integrity and data modeling best practices within the Salesforce environment. Perform system maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, implementing improvements as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture. Expert knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. Experience with API integrations (SOAP/REST). Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and best practices. Salesforce Architect or Developer certification(s) is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with third-party integrations such as ERP, marketing automation tools, or other CRMs. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
