| Role: Associate Product Manager Location: San Jose, CA (TCS - Sunnyvale) Country: United StatesRole Description: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Contract Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal Ops) to gather requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and create actionable roadmaps. Engage with Privacy and Security teams to incorporate Data Privacy and Security needs into product plans. Develop business cases to outline the projected impact of initiatives and prioritize them on the roadmap. Align and communicate effectively with stakeholders, resolving conflicting demands. Write detailed product requirements and use cases for engineering and design teams. Present information to technical and non-technical audiencesranging from team meetings to executive briefs. Define and track metrics to measure the success of products and features, identifying enhancements when needed.Competencies & Skills Required: Core Skills: 7+ years of experience in product management for CLM systems, covering lifecycle management, development, and support. Strong customer-centric approach with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management and practical knowledge of enterprise business processes. Familiarity with Data Privacy and Cybersecurity principles preferred. Understanding of complex integrations and enterprise/partner selling models. Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and align multiple stakeholders across various levels and geographies. Strong conflict-resolution management skills and facilitation capabilities. Ability to work in a distributed team environment across North America and India. Self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans.Desirable Skills: Experience interfacing with customers to identify pain points and design solutions. Ability to facilitate alignment between multiple teams with competing priorities.
