| From: shrasti singh, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: Project Manager Location: Remote Duration: Till March 1, 2025 Job ID: 29778-1 MOI - Skype Note -(need banking experience) The assignment is till March 1, 2025 Part-time 20 hours a week Remote Position Essential Duties & Responsibilities In-depth knowledge and understanding of US and Canada Payroll Taxes and year end filings Supply subject matter expertise in how US/Canada HR/Payroll legislation related to payroll tax is set up, calculated, and reported in Workday Provide in-depth functional knowledge of large-scale ERP applications (preferrable Workday) across multiple releases to support payroll tax calculations Work closely with the Payroll, Tax and Workday support team to manage year end for US and Canada ensuring all tax forms (W2s and P60s) are delivered on time and with accuracy Develop and ensure execution of a highly detailed year end project plan including tax filings with a third party vendor and preparation of the next payroll year. Work with team to ensure high quality deliverables - assist team with test strategies, review test plans Conduct appropriate audits on Third Party vendor to ensure accuracy Assist with or produce colleague communications Communicate effectively across various teams Be committed to excellence and high-quality standards Education Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience FPC, CPA, Certified Payroll Professional, or equivalent Experience Experience (5+ years) as project manager/subject matter expert of US and Canada tax year end. In depth understanding of end of year payroll tax filing and steps necessary to ensure that employees tax forms are 100% accurate. Skills Proficient in developing and leading a team to execute end to end detailed project plans Experience preferred in the support of US and Canada HR/Payroll operations Strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with other groups within the delivery organization Good English, conversational and written Team player Keywords: Idaho Project Manager || REMOTE [email protected] |
