| Hello, Greetings from Encore Consulting Services, Inc Job Title: SAP EWM Lead Consultant Location: Remote Only GC and USC Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned SAP EWM Lead Consultant with at least 12 years of SAP functional experience, specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical leadership skills, the ability to gather business requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions to clients. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in SAP EWM implementations, including hands-on configuration and support. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering workshops and demonstrate standard SAP EWM process flows. Configure SAP EWM systems and provide ongoing support based on business needs. Conduct system demonstrations and lead pre-sales demos for S4HANA on-premise and cloud functionality. Maintain expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management by staying updated on new trends and enhancements. Support cross-functional business processes, with a focus on Supply Chain, collaborating with Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, and Distribution teams. Develop and maintain end-user training documentation. Build strong client relationships by communicating effectively and managing expectations at all levels. Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams through successful end-to-end EWM implementations. Required Skills: 12+ years of SAP Functional experience in SAP EWM processes. 4+ end-to-end S4HANA greenfield SAP EWM implementations, including hands-on design and configuration experience. Expertise in configuring EWM modules such as Warehouse Structure, Inventory Management, Inbound/Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, and more. Strong leadership and mentoring experience with project teams. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
