No overtime.* Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with 9-10 years of experience who has a strong understanding of Java microservice calls and SQL stored procedures for database updates. The ideal candidate will have Level 2 application support expertise in SaaS products, specifically OFSLL or Salesforce, as well as experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, PL/SQL, log analysis, core Java, and IT Service Management. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift, and attend on-call outside of office hours. No travel required. The role also involves vendor coordination with Oracle for troubleshooting OFSLL-related issues and writing custom scripts to transfer files using FTP tools like MoveIt. Responsibilities Provide technical expertise to streamline IT Service Management processes. Conduct detailed log analysis to identify and resolve system issues efficiently. Implement PL/SQL scripts to automate data processing tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data into various business systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation procedures. Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations to stakeholders. Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Provide training and support to team members on SAAS tools and techniques. Collaborate with vendor to resolve technical and data integrity issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of L2 support processes.
