You will play a key role in migrating, optimizing, and maintaining Wi-Fi networks using Cisco products and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement wireless RF networks for large enterprises with multiple branches. Troubleshoot complex WLAN issues and optimize network performance. Lead large WLAN migration projects and provide PDI (Pre-Deployment Inspection) & optimization services. Deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Wi-Fi 6 access points, Catalyst 9800 wireless controllers, and Cisco DNAC. Conduct wireless site surveys using tools like Ekahau to ensure robust coverage and performance. Utilize wireless heatmaps to troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues.Required Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years of WLAN experience in large enterprise environments. Strong expertise in RF design and wireless network architecture. Hands-on experience with Cisco wireless technologies (Wi-Fi 6, Catalyst 9800, DNAC). Experience with wireless site surveys using Ekahau or similar tools. Troubleshooting expertise using wireless heatmaps to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
