| Role :SAP Talend Developer - ETL+ Manufacturing Domain Location:- Fremont CA( 3 Days Onsite Hybrid role) Mode of Hire:-Contract Visa:- Any JD Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years overall ETL/Systems Integration experience with 5+ years of experience in Talend Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems including SAP and no code platform like Talend Experience with prior integrations by extracting and transforming SAP ECC or S/4 data with Kinaxis RapidResponse. Experience working in a CTO/ETO (Configure/Engineer to Order) environment Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion. Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills. Strong understanding of windows scripting and file transfers across internal/external networks Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently or with limited direction. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform. Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus. Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including: Requirements (Validation and Alignment) Design (Blueprint and Spec) Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing) Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing) Training/Documentation Deploy (Cutover, Go Live) Run (Post mortem, Hypercare) Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
