Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal security Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and configuration issues from their ServiceNow ticketing systems Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and network security protocols Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement new network solutions Maintain documentation on network configurations and provide support to end-users.
