| Only H1B with Passport no Role: MS Dynamics developer Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid mode) Position Type: Contract Job Responsibilities Assist in the customization and configuration of MS Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements. Work with senior developers to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Dynamics CRM environment. Provide support for end users by resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and answering inquiries related to Dynamics 365 functionality. Participate in system testing, debugging, and deployment activities to ensure smooth CRM operations. Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Monitor and maintain the health of Dynamics CRM applications, ensuring optimal performance. Document system customizations, configurations, and processes, and contribute to the development of user training materials. Continuously learn and stay updated with new features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 to help improve system processes. Required Skills/Qualifications 5-8 years + of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and its modules, workflows, and entities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot system issues. Experience in providing customer support or technical support for end-users. Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other reporting/analytics tools is a plus. Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, or Power Platform (Power Automate/PowerApps) is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users. Detail-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
