As an Architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will oversee the end-to-end management of the platform and provide expert-level guidance on automation tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ansible Automation Platform, along with experience in solution development, software integration, and mentoring teams.Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs for the Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) based on client requirements. Act as Architect and SME for AAP, overseeing the day-to-day management of automation tasks and platform operations. Develop customized code, perform software integration, and configure automation solutions to meet business needs. Lead and contribute to complex solution development, testing, and implementation activities. Provide escalated production support and resolve complex technical problems efficiently. Manage and lead complex automation projects, mentoring less experienced teammates to improve their skills and understanding. Automate tasks using an Agile methodology, focusing on continuous improvement and iterative delivery. Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and support integration testing. Provide monitoring and support for automation solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) is mandatory. Strong understanding of software integration and customization using Ansible. Proven experience in developing automation solutions and managing complex technical projects. Expertise in troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to automation platforms. Hands-on experience in mentoring and leading teams to successful project delivery. Familiarity with Agile frameworks for task automation and iterative development. Experience in monitoring automated solutions to ensure operational stability.Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps tools. Experience in large-scale enterprise automation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
