AWS Architect Client: Sourcepulse Location: Its mainly remote but they need someone who lives in the Austin, TX area for occasional onsite A minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible AWS Cloud project experience providing technical consultations management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Education Required: Must posses a) bachelors degree, and (b) a current certification in Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional Job Description Minimum of 5 years exepreince as an AWS Cloud solution Architect. Skills Required: The Senior AWS Architect will work under the direction of a Chief Architect/Manager responsible for an enterprise level large cloud migration project. The chief Architect manages or oversees all aspects of one or more Multi-Cloud IT projects while interacting with mid-level officials of similar capacity at the client. The Cloud Architect will determine appropriate products or services with clients to support customer applications requirements and deliverables for migration to the cloud. The Architect will develop, modify and provide input to the migration project plans; implements Multi-Cloud solutions to meet objectives; The Architect will coordinate and integrate Multi Cloud services; manages, leads or administers project resources; monitors implementation activities and resources to mitigate risk; Implements or maintains quality assurance processes; makes improvements, solves problems or takes corrective action when problems arise Gives presentations or briefings on all aspects of the project; participates in phase, milestone and final solution reviews; identifies documentation requirements or procedures; and develops and implements deployment schedules and release plans. The Architect designs or conducts analytical studies, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses or other research; evaluates, monitors or ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies, standards or procedures; identifies standards or requirements change management; participates in change control (for example, reviewing change requests); implements information systems security plans and procedures; and ensures appropriate product-related training and documentation are developed and made available to customers. The Architect will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; decision making; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving, reasoning; team building; oral communication, speaking and writing; business process reengineering; project management; quality assurance; requirements analysis and risk management; configuration, data, and information management; information resources strategy and planning; information technology architecture; information technology performance assessment; infrastructure design; systems integration; systems life cycle; and technology awareness.
