This role requires a servant leader who educates and mentors teams on Agile best practices, aligns cross-functional teams, and drives continuous improvement. Candidate Needs to Have: Program Delivery: Ensure alignment with the Agile framework. Agile Coaching: Introduce and mentor teams on Agile practices at all levels. Team Stabilization: Structure backlogs and eliminate bottlenecks. Mentorship: Guide Scrum Masters (SMs) and Product Owners (POs) to evolve in their roles. Dependency Management: Coordinate cross-functional product deliveries. Metrics & Reporting: Use VersionOne (V1) to provide flow-based metrics to leadership. Collaboration: Align technical and business teams around shared goals to maximize business and technical value. Process Improvement: Optimize Agile Release Train (ART) tools and processes to reduce overhead. Leadership Collaboration: Identify and address anti-patterns with leadership support. Additional Skills: Implement DevOps practices and service virtualization. Promote early testing and development for faster feedback. Integrate release management within the Agile framework. Enhance CI/CD pipelines and continuous integration processes. Refactor legacy systems and decouple teams for improved agility.
