Performs advanced troubleshooting on desktop/laptop-related issues using industry-standard tools such as ProcMon and Process Explorer Manages and maintains user profile management products such as VMWare Writes and maintains scripts using industry-standard scripting languages including VBScript and PowerShell Configures, deploys, and monitors OS and application updates through Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and other delivery mechanisms. Manages and troubleshoots Group Policy throughout the enterprise with a focus on application delivery and workstation management Recommends and implements improvements to desktop architecture and design Other duties as deemed appropriate by the manager Qualifications: Windows 10 / 11 Enterprise operating system features, settings, and installation. Active Directory, Group Policy, and their use for managing user and computer objects. Microsoft Office 365 configuration and administration. Microsoft Intune configuration and administration. Ability to write scripts in PowerShell and/or VBScript Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred At least three years of experience creating and maintaining operating system images using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and third-party tools. At least three years of experience using MECM and WSUS or equivalent for OS patching, application packaging, updates, and maintenance.
