Ensure timely escalation and resolution of incident while adhering to SLAs. Drive root cause analysis and corrective action procedures for high-impact incidents. Ensure continuous communication with key stakeholders and prepare incident reports and deliver post-mortem analyses. Mentor and coach Juniors and inspect the Incident report regularly and identify the area of improvements and apply best practices.
