Please let me know if you are interested in the position below Title : Storage Engineer - Pure Storage FlashArray File Services Location : Remote Duration : 6 months Visa : NO H1b/CPT Job Description looking for a Pure Storage expert with a focus on FlashArray File Services for a remote, long-term residency supporting one of our key partners. The successful candidate will lead this critical transition and guide the integration of best practices while delivering hands-on support to the clients team. This role will involve technical leadership, knowledge transfer, and ongoing support, with the potential to expand into future initiatives, **While many candidates may have experience with FlashArray Block Services or FlashBlade, we are specifically seeking expertise in FlashArray File Services.** Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and guidance on FlashArray File Services. Support day-to-day operations of FlashArray File environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Lead migration efforts to FlashArray File, with an emphasis on best practices and seamless transitions. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers, offering insights and strategies for storage optimization and data management. Assist with configuration reviews, environment upgrades, and feature evaluations. Provide informal knowledge transfer and support to customer teams, enhancing their understanding of Pure Storage solutions. Required Experience: 4+ years of hands-on Pure Storage experience, with a focus on FlashArray. In-depth expertise in FlashArray File Services is crucial; experience with only FlashArray or FlashBlade will not meet our requirements. Proven success in managing, migrating, and optimizing Pure Storage environments. Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience migrating from other storage systems, such as Isilon, to FlashArray File. Experience with large enterprise storage environments and multi-platform integration. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
