Lead the Salesforce architecture and ensure the platform meets business requirements. Collaborate with senior management to drive innovation and efficiency through Salesforce solutions. Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Oversee the development of technical architecture documentation. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the design and development of Salesforce solutions. Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates. Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Sales, Experience and Service Cloud. Optimize customer and partner experiences through Experience Cloud. Enhance customer service operations with Service Cloud capabilities/workflows. Mentor and guide a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts. Develop and implement integration strategies with other enterprise systems. Employ modern code and deployment management facilitating CI/CD capabilities. COMPETENCIES Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation. Strong salesforce native automation (flow), maybe some architecture. Proven track record of leading and delivering complex Salesforce projects. Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL). Experience with Salesforce Shield implementation. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation. Certified Salesforce Architect (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect). Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
