Strong background in adult education, particularly in health information technology or healthcare revenue cycle applications. Flexibility in adapting training content and delivery methods based on evolving needs. Open-mindedness and critical thinking skills to evaluate ideas and concepts from multiple perspectives. Proven ability to take ownership of work, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all activities. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust materials to suit the audience. Strong work ethic and a willingness to demonstrate persistence in overcoming challenges. Experience in job shadowing and developing Epic training environments is preferred Responsibilities: Develop role-based training content independently or collaboratively, utilizing various software programs and tools, including Microsoft Office. Design, create, and maintain comprehensive instructional materials and policy documentation. Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into existing training and administration procedures to ensure continuous improvement. Acquire and assimilate new content, consulting with subject matter experts to enhance training materials and address participant inquiries. Assist in the building and testing of training environments (MST environments) and provide troubleshooting support as needed. Collaborate with fellow trainers through co-facilitated classroom instruction and support during training exercises. Prepare training sessions by organizing materials, setting up training environments, and ensuring all logistical details are in place. Present information clearly and engagingly, adapting communication styles to meet the needs of diverse audiences. Follow up with trainees post-session to offer additional support and resources. Serve as a subject matter expert and educator for state staff, providing guidance and knowledge transfer. Train and credential additional classroom trainers as part of a train-the-trainer program. Conduct training for staff and end-users on technical topics as required. Manage application assignments by prioritizing tasks and adhering to established timelines.
