| Position: SharePoint BA/Content Specialist Duration: 12 months Onsite 2-3days Per Week Washington, DC Overview: Support the clients Intranet Modernization project through the review and analysis of the current intranet (SharePoint 2016) information architecture, content types, page layouts, site templates, navigation, metadata, and overall design to identify content gaps and improve content consistency, and migration to SharePoint Online. Develop a strategy and guidelines to create content inventories of current intranet sites and work with content and site owners from all 30 corporate departments on content auditing activities. Work with the intranet project team to define the future information architecture for the intranet. Lead the mapping of current web content to new destinations according to the new information architecture. Provide support for testing and training to end-users, addressing technical issues and enhancing user knowledge of SharePoint features and best practices. Work with the technical team and business analyst to define the content migration approach from the existing intranet to the new Intranet. Oversee the content migration and coordinate efforts between the technical team and other departments. Engage with site owners to update content, perform content audits, identify content gaps, etc. Assist on drafting presentations, communications, departments, program leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. 3+ years' experience with SharePoint analysis, and familiarity with Power Platform. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and related Microsoft 365 applications. Strong experience with full-life cycle SharePoint Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with various levels of management and cross-functional teams.
