The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing S/4HANA FSCM modules to support and improve our clients financial processes and supply chain operations. This position is focused on delivering high-quality solutions, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful integration of S/4HANA FSCM with existing systems. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Implementation: Lead the full lifecycle implementation of S/4HANA FSCM solutions, from requirements gathering and blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support. FSCM Module Expertise: Specialize in Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, Treasury & Risk Management, and other relevant S/4HANA FSCM functionalities. Customization & Configuration: Design, configure, and customize the FSCM modules to meet specific business needs, focusing on financial risk management and supply chain optimization. Integration: Ensure seamless integration between S/4HANA FSCM and other SAP modules, including Finance (FI/CO), Sales (SD), and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues related to S/4HANA FSCM. Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation of all configurations and customizations. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of SAP experience, with a focus on FSCM modules and S/4HANA implementations. Extensive knowledge of S/4HANA Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), specifically in Credit Management, Dispute Management, Collections Management, and Treasury & Risk Management. Proven track record of leading multiple S/4HANA implementations in complex environments. Strong understanding of financial processes related to accounts receivable, cash flow, and risk mitigation within a supply chain context. Experience with SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) and integration with Sales and Distribution (SD) modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex FSCM-related issues. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA certification in FSCM or Finance. Experience with SAP Activate Methodology. Industry experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, or logistics sectors. Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UI5 for user experience enhancement. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
