Title: Agile coaches Consultant Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite) Contract: 12+Months About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Agile Coach to join our dynamic team in Chicago, IL. As an Agile Coach, you will help drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, mentor teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration, increase productivity, and guide the organization through Agile transformations. Key Responsibilities Agile Transformation: Lead and support the implementation of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across teams and departments. Coaching & Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching for Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and product owners to improve their Agile practices. Facilitation: Facilitate key Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) and ensure their effectiveness. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in existing processes and work with teams to improve flow and efficiency. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment on Agile principles and best practices. Training & Workshops: Design and conduct Agile training sessions to upskill teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the organization. Qualifications Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar role in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and their practical applications. Ability to coach teams at various stages of Agile maturity. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, etc.) is a plus. Certification(s) in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, etc.) preferred.
