| Hi Vendors, We need below skills solid candidates for a Public Sector client in PA. Strong in s4, must have public sector experience, and fit to standard workshops. SAP S4 HANA Project Manager JD Below Plan to repair JD Below FM Consultant JD Below GM Consultant JD Below PP Consultant JD Below 9-12 Months Harrisburg, PA Travel: Up to 50%. When their workstream workshops are scheduled then they will go on site. Otherwise remote. So it's not a set schedule yet like every other week. It's just when needed and could be up to 50%. Cost around 120/Hr+ Exp S4 Project Manager The S/4HANA Project Manager is responsible for leading the Explore phase for the S4 team. Their key responsibilities include: - Overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure processes - Managing project scope, resources, and timelines - Coordinating between technical teams, functional team members and business stakeholders - Mitigating risks and resolving issues to keep the project on track - Ensuring project alignment with business objectives and delivering expected value - Driving consistency in work products across workstreams - Working with customer leadership to establish and enforcing project - Understands and follows industry project management standards The role requires strong knowledge of S/4HANA concepts, project management methodologies (e.g.; PMP, SAP Activate), and the SAP implementation lifecycle. Essential skills include leadership, communication, risk management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and resource planning. Grants Management Seeking consultant with strong S/4HANA project experience in Grants Management -Leads workshops to gather and define the customers business requirements -Provides guidance and support in the master data design for Grants Management and corresponding integrations -Performs GM configuration tasks related to master data, derivation rules, budget execution, availability control, billing, indirect costs, and pass-through functionality -Utilizes knowledge of Grants Management business processes to develop functional specifications and support testing needs -Formulates, maintains, and executes test scripts for Grants Mgt related business processes and integration scenarios -Facilitates discussions and sessions regarding year-end closing activities -Is knowledgeable of Grants Mgt integration scenarios relating to Funds Management, Procurement, HXM, Concur and other functional areas -Familiar with GM standard reports and custom analytical queries -Experience in creating process flows using Signavio Process Manager preferred -Public Sector project experience preferred (preferably state and local governments) Funds Management Seeking consultant with strong S/4HANA project experience in Funds Management (FM) Leads workshops to gather and define the customers business requirements Leads FM master data design and their corresponding objects in other Finance modules Configures FM in Dev for use in Fit-to-Standard workshops such as master data, derivation rules, budget execution, availability control and integration components Executes data mapping and conversion activities Assists in developing functional specifications and supporting testing needs Is knowledgeable of FM integration scenarios relating to Grants Management, Procurement, HXM, Concur and other functional areas Familiar with FM standard reports and custom analytical queries Experience in creating process flows using Signavio Process Manager preferred Public Sector project experience preferred (preferably state and local governments) Plan to Repair Lead Key areas of knowledge: Assets & Equipment Management Standardize processes across state agencies Asset Management Processes Familiarity with Hazardous Materials Tracking processes Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops Document and scope any identified gaps Configure any standard processes that are not covered by an SAP Best Practice.
