| Tosca Test Architect (QA) Must have 15+ years of experience Client: Navister Rate: $70/hour Location: Lisle, IL (Hybrid) Note: We need Architect Profiles only CERTIFICATIONS: Relevant certifications in QA automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca, Selenium) is mandatory Tricentis TOSCA Certification with CICD Pipeline testing implementation testing Mandatory. JOB SUMMARY: The Automation Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks, playing a key role in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our customers' software testing processes. The Automation Architect plays a vital role in integrating testing into the CI/CD pipeline. Their expertise ensures that automated tests are efficiently executed as part of the deployment process. Integrate Tricentis Tosca with tools (QTest for Test Management, ADO for Features/User stories) and systems within the software development lifecycle, such as CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking systems. Lead the implementation and execution of end-to-end Automated test suites through CI/CD Pipeline for functional, regression and performance testing. Assists in building of integration testing architecture information blueprints and models that illustrate how integration testing of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions is to be done. Design and develop scalable and maintainable automated testing frameworks. Present to project teams demonstrations of automation tools in our partner network and our Automation Capabilities, including frameworks. Provide services to clients around automated testing and test management solutions. Participates in the testing architecture standards, working with Business, Application, and Operations counterparts to assure integration standards and consistency. Maintains reference architecture documentation that maps data flow between information systems and business applications. Ensure the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and modular test scripts. Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts to ensure best practices and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated testing processes. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in QA automation tools and methodologies. Provide mentorship and training to QA team members on automation best practices. monitor and optimize the performance of these pipelines to prevent bottlenecks and ensure that deployments are both quick and secure. They facilitate early detection of issues and foster a culture of continuous improvement. REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: 15 years experience in IT with minimum of 12 years of experience in QA automation roles, with 10+ years desired. Experience of working with large-scale and complex programs, DevOps, CI/CD, Continuous testing environment. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Ability to understand existing Test Processes and Plans and identify improvements and efficiencies. Certification or competency coding tests in automation tools, specifically Tricentis Tosca. Experience with SoapUI and/or Selenium in addition to Tosca preferred. Programming skills in Java and/or VBScript. Extensive experience in designing and implementing automated testing frameworks in various industries. In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring QA automation teams. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
