Job Description: As an Engagement Manager Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will be responsible for leading supply chain transformation projects, managing client engagements, and ensuring successful delivery of end-to-end supply chain solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their business needs are met while driving continuous improvements and achieving desired results. Your ability to build relationships and provide strategic direction will be essential to ensuring the long-term success of client engagements. 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, consulting, or project management. Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering supply chain projects. Experience with supply chain technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS) and digital transformation is highly desirable. Strong understanding of supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and supply chain software.
