| From: Austin varma, Eminencets [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Mainframe Developer Programmer analyst Duration: Long Term On C2C Remote Description: The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) requires the services of One (1) Mainframe Developer Programmer Analyst, Level 3, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meet the general qualifications of ITSAC Developer Programmer Analyst, Level 3 and the specifications outlined in this document for TWC. All work products resulting from the project shall be considered works made for hire and are the property of TWC. TWC may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TWC will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). In this specific instance, TWC is waiving the restriction against inclusion of resumes for workers already engaged on other contracting efforts. TWC will accept resumes from incumbent vendors to TWC with incumbent Workers for TWC only. Scope/Description of Services The Worker(s) will provide the following services: an experienced skilled programmer with strong proficiency in Natural programming language. Must have extensive, proven experience as Natural developer and an in-depth understanding of mainframe systems. The candidate will provide support for development, architecture, and overall administration for projects and for mainframe operations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Design, develop and maintain Mainframe Natural program and JCL to meet project and operations. Be part of project and operations teams to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way. Adhere to change control processes and procedures defined by agency. Interface with business and IT teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into formal technical requirements and application code. Together with application users, identity the possibility of the automation of existing manual processes through the data integration of mainframe and external (non-mainframe) systems. Work with IT support teams to ensure support and project requirements are developed and implement successfully. Develop and execute unit test and system test plans to validate that application changes meet technical specifications. Responsible for full System Development Life Cycle. Develop or assist-in developing test plans and test activities and/or execute test components to ensure new programs meet business requirements and function as needed. Review and assist in reviewing documentation and performing quality assurance to ensure compliance with program requirements and procedural standards for the assigned project. Maintain a reliable and predictable work schedule. Worker may be requested to work outside of normal business hours to sustain operations or complete urgent assignments.
