Position: IaaS Engineer Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite) Duration: Contract role Work authorization:-USC/GC/EAD/ H1B Only/- Job Description:- Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer/ IaaS Engineer Roles and Responsibilities 1. Design and engineer End User Devices and related platform Software (e.g., Windows 11) environment standards that, at a minimum, meet Companys business and security needs while optimizing Companys functional, price and performance requirements 2. Collaborate with platform architects to design and implement functional systems. 3. Provide advanced administration and troubleshooting including security patching and capacity planning. 4. Support development efforts by building and configuring server infrastructure components as per requirements. 5. Participate in the planning and in assist execution of disaster recovery 6. Secure and harden vulnerability findings. 7. Assist to perform root cause analysis and remediation problems as required 8. Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, performing tuning, troubleshooting, system hardware, installation, firmware patching and software patching. 9. Implement processes and procedures to reduce and eliminate platform related outages and downtime. 10. Troubleshoot and assist resolve escalated issues. 11.
