Job Title: Program manager with Technical Writer experience Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, 28203 (Hybrid 03 Days in Office) Contract Duration: Long Term Contract Experience:8+ years Notes: Candidate Must have very strong profile with program manager experience. Hand on experience on Technical Writer experience. 6+ years of professional writing experience Responsibilities: Manage the Technical Writer team working on ALC ISD applications in collaboration with USCG, DHS, and CG teams. Oversee documentation for various systems including ALMIS, AMMIS, ATIP, MAXIMO, NESSS, JIRA, FSMS, and others. Liaise between contractors and Civilian/Military teams to ensure compliance and process alignment. Ensure adherence to FedRAMP and NIST cybersecurity standards for system security documentation. Manage multiple reporting structures including Design Review Board (DRB), Change Requests (CR), and Remedy Status. Conduct training, mentoring, and create onboarding documentation. Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain division-level procedure documentation. Utilize tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, RoboHelp, Arbortext, Jira, and Adobe for documentation and workflow creation. Collaborate in Agile DevOps environments and run Scrum meetings. Qualifications: Experience with ALC ISD, USCG, and DHS applications. Strong technical writing skills with experience in compliance and cybersecurity documentation. Familiarity with tools like Maximo, Cognos, Microsoft 365, and Jira. ITIL 4 certification (preferred).
