| UX/UI Design Director Sr. Manager Rate: between $80/hr. to $90/hr. C2C Need US Citizen or Green Card only Duration is 6-9months contract Location: Irving, TX onsite 5 days weekly (travel to Mexico once per quarter) (Locals) Onsite: 5 days a week Interviews: 3 total Required Skills: Nice to have: Communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and interact effectively with diverse teams. They are getting rid of an old Legacy system and are migrating to a new platform. New Platform is: Salesforce commerce cloud, CMS-content stack. Building a new design system for this platform from scratch. Go live is July 2025. Client-facing and drive the position of the work, almost being a consultant or pitching ideas as they dont know what is best. This team will run team the current design team that sits in Mexico This team will do road mapping, 20/60/90 days 1x Associate Product or UX/UI Design Director/Sr Manager Craft and articulate a clear vision for user experience, translating insights into intuitive, user-centered designs. Design seamless interactions and user flows for web, app, and kiosk platforms. Integrate and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across projects. Apply principles to ensure optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes. Create inclusive designs that meet accessibility guidelines and accommodate all users. Utilize UX research methods and tools to gather insights, analyze user needs, and inform design improvements. Partner with user research team to identify test candidates and synthesize outcomes. Develop and execute design strategies for web, app, and in-store kiosk platforms that align with the companys brand and business objectives. Oversee the creation of high-quality visual and interactive designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and in-store kiosks. Ensure that all design outputs are consistent with brand guidelines, user-centric, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
