Role Senior Business Analyst 5 Location Lansing, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week from day 1: Tuesdays and Wednesdays) Job Type Contract Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Meetings: Lead meetings with the business clients and technical team to gather requirements, project specifications, and discuss progress. Requirements Gathering: Independently lead requirement sessions, documenting detailed business and technical needs. Backlog Management: Maintain the backlog of work items in Azure DevOps to support ongoing operational and project needs. Project Task Management: Oversee the tasks, timelines, and communications involved in the Change Management lifecycle, ensuring clear communication between the business product owner and the development team. Track Progress: Monitor sprints and ticket progress in Azure DevOps, ensuring timely completion and addressing any blockers. Policy Adherence: Ensure the team complies with the departments change management policies. Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation on the SharePoint Site. Reporting: Provide management with updates including project status reports and resource demand projections. Critical Thinking: Be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively support complex projects.
