Ensure the creation and review of all relevant documentation and Deliverables. Facilitate timely governance meetings and project updates. Monitor and evaluate project progress and status reporting. Manage escalations and issues that may arise. Responsible for weekly status, Program Advisory and Steering Committee presentations.
