JOB DESCRIPTION

"Location Requirement: St. Louis, MO

6+ Years of implementation experience in any CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) product in Telecom Domain

o Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, developers, and project managers, to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM and CPQ integration projects.

o Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visually represent system functionality and user interface design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

o Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements in clear and concise manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

o Work closely with the End-to-End Architect to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, providing input and feedback as needed.

o Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems, including data mapping, field creation, workflow automation, and user permissions setup.

o Conduct system demos and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to showcase system functionality and gather feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with requirements and expectations.

o Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and customizations.

Must have good Solution Architecture experience in Lead to Quote process, in building CPQ Integrations with other Telecom OSS/BSS products such as CRM, DocuSign, Billing and Order Management products

o Must understand the North American Telecom and Cable B2B products such as DOCSIS, HFC, Fiber, EVP, EVPL, CENTREX etc.

o Good understanding of the Data Migration process required for CPQ implementation

o Own the solution design, delivery of CPQ Implementation and external integrations with focus on user experience, extensibility, and performance while meeting customers business objectives"
