| Hi, I have following urgent requirement with my client, please share resume with rate expectation. Job Title: ServiceNow System Admin Location: Richmond, VA Duration: Long Term JD: Primary Skills ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Procurement or Case Management. - Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, ITBM, or other ServiceNow applications. - Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and portals. - Background in procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline. Solution Design and Architecture:- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of the Procurement Management Module and Case Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.- Ensure that the architecture aligns with best practices, organizational standards, and business requirements. - Develop technical roadmaps and strategy for the continuous improvement of Procurement and Case Management functionalities. Stakeholder Collaboration:- Engage with business leaders, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities. - Translate business needs into technical solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices. - Conduct workshops and design sessions to validate architecture and solution design. Integration and Customization: - Design and oversee the integration of the Procurement Management Module with other ServiceNow modules and external systems. - Lead the customization of workflows, forms, and scripts to meet specific business needs. - Ensure that integrations and customizations are robust, secure, and perform well under load. Technical Leadership:- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards. - Review and approve code, configurations, and customizations to ensure quality and alignment with design specifications. - Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex issues and provide guidance on performance optimization. Governance and Best Practices:- Establish and enforce governance processes and best practices for development and architecture within the Procurement and Case Management modules. - Stay current with ServiceNow releases and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements. - Document architectural decisions, design patterns, and configuration settings for knowledge sharing and future reference. Project Management: - Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. - Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations. - Participate in project risk management and mitigation strategies.
