| Hi Contract Role: Learning Management System ( LMS) Exp 11+ Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) JD: SABA LMS 11+ years (Java J2ee development) SumTotal LMS 8 Years ( LMS Administration, Integrations, Reporting) SAP SuccessFactors (5+ years, LMS, Configuration, integrations, enhancements, Operations & Support) Learning (LXP - 5+ years Integration with LMS platform, Reporting & Metrics) Integrations (10+ years HCM (Partner Central/Bizx) LMS LinkedIn Learning) Configurations ( LMS Administration, Business Rules, Security Roles) Workday (5 years Reporting, Dashboards, Employee Performance and Succession Modules) Reporting and Analytics (Advanced MS Excel, Tableau) Tech Stack: SAP Success Factor for succession planning and implementation Configuration and analyzation within Saas Solutions Java or variants of Java, not to develop within but to have to conversations at a high level Exp with an opportunity marketplace for employees is a plus, they partner with the SCAP program at ASU to help provide additional education and credentialling Exp in badging and credentialing is a plus, they are developing the space for that.
