The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Edifecs tools and EDI solutions within healthcare payer or provider environments, along with expertise in HIPAA X12 standards.Key Responsibilities: Develop, upgrade, and migrate healthcare EDI solutions using Edifecs tools (SpecBuilder, MapBuilder, XEngine, etc.). Handle EDI X12 transactions (837, 835, 834, 820) and ensure HIPAA compliance. Collaborate on requirements gathering, design, and EDI mapping. Support incident response and security operations in a complex technical environment. Work in both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks.Qualifications: 7-10 years of Edifecs/EDI development experience. 5 years of combined IT and security experience, with knowledge of infrastructure and multi-platform environments. Deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data standards. Experience with Edifecs 9.0 or higher and migration to cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume application development for mission-critical systems.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain rules using FICO Blaze Advisor and the Rule Maintenance Application (RMA). Expose BRE rules to Java Web Services and configure templates within the FICO Blaze application. Conduct rules harvesting, authoring, and orchestration. Validate rules against object and data models, performing impact analysis for potential changes. Create and maintain technical documentation.
