The role involves setting solution expectations, providing technical and functional specifications, and ensuring a solid architectural foundation for implementation. Responsibilities Architect MES solutions using Apriso software, aligning with best business practices. Develop conceptual designs, functional business blueprints, and process definitions. Create technical designs based on functional specifications and ensure reusable solutions. Guide project teams, providing knowledge transfer to partners, customers, and project managers. Assist with pre-sales efforts, including RFPs and technical inquiries. Lead process improvements in Apriso business practices and solution packaging. Manage blueprint handovers to delivery teams and implementation leads. Support vertical industry solution development with technical and functional insights. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in MES/ERP/Automation within supply chain and IT, working with business processes and systems. Strong expertise in Apriso data models and process builder frameworks. Hands-on experience with production, quality, warehouse management, and integration with ERP systems. Proficiency in programming (C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java, web technologies). Understanding of material management on the shop floor, including replenishment strategies like Push/Pull and Kanban. Experience with project management and presentation tools. Must be a US Citizen or US permanent resident to meet US export control compliance. Bachelors Degree in a relevant field required; Masters preferred. Preferred skills: SAP/Oracle experience, Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CPIM certification, knowledge of RF/RFID technologies.
