Role: Salesforce B2B Commerce Lead/Architect Work Location: Remote 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Responsibilities Bridge between New Balance PO and Business Team to articulate the product vision and align the team. Involve in business discussions Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) for New Business team Maintain the product backlog Conduct discovery sessions and review high-level business requirements. Proven ability to work with the Product Team, Platform Architect, and/or Business Analyst to translate customer requirements into a working solution. Understanding of integrations with third-party systems through a variety of integration patterns and Salesforce capabilities (Soap, Rest, Platform Events, Streaming APIs, etc); Manage and communicate with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry-leading practices and code quality techniques Broad understanding of enterprise applications to which Salesforce.com is commonly integrated to enable an end-to-end ecosystem for enterprise customers. Support QA, UAT and Regression testing initiatives to meet functional and non-functional requirements Mentor and train Senior Engineers and Consultants in SF Platform development Key Qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in engineering preferably Computer Science or Information Systems 8+ Years of hands-on experience working with the Salesforce B2B platform Experience with Salesforce development frameworks (LWC, Aura, Apex Controllers, Apex Triggers, etc.) Experience with Declarative development (Screen Flows, Record Launched Flows, etc.) Experience with routine Salesforce administration (Object Model, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, etc.) Experience writing and troubleshooting Apex test classes Experience working with SFDX project structures including creating and managing scratch orgs, pulling code, and managing code conflicts Experience in salesforce deployments - using any tool (SFDX cli, change sets, salesforce devops center, copado etc) Experience in setting static code analyser using PMD , salesforce code analyses etc Demonstrated success with at least two Salesforce B2B Commerce implementation projects Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills Self-starter with motivation and diligence to drive toward results Enthusiasm to learn new tools, technologies and techniques Must-Have Credentials Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Salesforce B2B Commerce Administrator Accredited Professional Salesforce Platform Developer I Desired Credentials Salesforce Administrator Salesforce B2B Commerce Administrator Accredited Professional Salesforce Platform Developer Salesforce B2B Commerce Developer Accredited Professional Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II Role: Salesforce Business Analyst Work Location: Remote 10+ years Experience Mandatory.
