This role includes responsibility in the design, development, and support of storage platforms to enable greater agility with fulfillment to accomplish company growth initiatives. Additional key responsibilities include mentor other team members in a DevOps operating model. Technologies in scope include NetApp NAS and SAN platforms, storage management technologies, data protection solutions, infrastructure automation tools, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines and shared-service applications. Knowledge of public and private cloud technology platforms, PaaS, IaaS, containers, Kubernetes, scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Python and other Infrastructure automation languages. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Provide technical leadership in the execution of the TSCs Systems Infrastructure strategy to enable greater agility with fulfillment of Infrastructure services including working with other teams to enable end to end CI/CD pipelines. Design, support and maintain a delivery platform that provides the stability, scalability and availability demands of the business through infrastructure lifecycle standardization strategies. Identify and implement ongoing opportunities for system and process improvements. Maintain development standards complying with enterprise standards, ensuring solutions are optimally designed, secure, well performing and integrated with other solutions. Deliver the objectives associated with problem management, such as customer communication and root cause analysis reports. Foster key vendor relationships and contract performance. Document internal SOPs, processes, and training to ensure team members are successful in DevOps environment. Lead the team with internal infrastructure projects which may require cross departmental coordination to achieve goals Required Qualifications Experience: 6+ years related work experience of increasingly technical Information Technology experience. 3+ years related work experience in DevOps utilizing SDLC agile methodology with various programming languages (Microsoft PowerShell, Bash, Perl, Python, SQL, Java, etc.) Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
