Since it is an urgent requirement your prompt response is appreciated Communications Consultant Remote 5 months - Extendable H1B Consultants Only Delivery Role: Preferred Experience and Skill Set: University degree in a related field (communications, organizational development, business) Excellent writing skills and ability to draft an effective message in multiple formats (presentation, overview document/collateral, web) Experience in a multi-sourced IT environment or leading large-scale organizational change initiatives such as a technology implementation, process redesign, or restructuring Understanding of IT outsourcing and business requirements Experience in working successfully with diverse teams, with no direct authority Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments Strong abilities in relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment Leadership skills that energize multi-discipline work teams to respond to business needs Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex concepts in business terms Ability to lead large program with appropriate communication methods Responsibilities: Enterprise communications Own and maintain the GETS Programs Communication Plan Update the Communication Plan as needed to ensure excellent service delivery Own and maintain the communication programs procedural documentation Heavily interface stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership Overall, work with all program stakeholders to understand perceptions and develop communication topics, priorities, and messaging Develop newsletter content ideas, draft articles, circulate for review, and deliver at appropriate times GETS Radio Show: collaborate with Radio Show co-host to develop content ideas and schedule presenters, solicit/review/finalize presentation material from presenters, co-host Web Portal: post announcements and news and information items to Portal Continuously review communications for improvement opportunities Develop marketing collateral for GETS program services for various audiences including potential customers and the Georgira legislature Review all Corporate and NA Managed Services communications and send highlights to the MSI SDM and ODM for distribution to all Work stream leaders Act as SME and consultant for all communication-related material for the account.
