The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of cutting-edge web applications with a focus on improving user experience, performance, and scalability. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and optimization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and implementation of frontend and fullstack web solutions. Collaborate with mechanical/manufacturing teams to understand domain-specific needs and translate them into intuitive, responsive interfaces. Ensure scalability, performance, and security of web applications across devices and platforms. Mentor and guide development teams on best practices in UI/UX design and frontend architecture. Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance user experiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in web development with a focus on frontend architecture and fullstack solutions. Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue), and responsive design principles. Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java) is a plus.
