Review and approve content to be published to a centralized knowledgebase. Develop technical system implementation and configuration documentation, including related technical support user guides and procedures. Create end-user training documentation and guides. Review, validate, and update technical system and support documents. Required Experience Proven experience as a Technical Writer, with expertise in documenting IT systems, processes, and workflows. Proficiency in using documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word for creating technical documents. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as Confluence or SharePoint for knowledgebase management.
