Candidates need to have Android Studio Developer Set Up as there will be a coding test in the 1st round of interview. Coding Test There is no specific platform to conduct coding test using Jetpack compose, if suppliers can get the candidates screened internally through someone who is working into mobile development environment, that could be a great checkpoint. Else, please have them create mini projects using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose which would be helpful for the 1st round of interview. The manager has given some leverage to use internet but not AI, during 1st round of coding test, the manage checks upon the skills as well as what approach and architecture the candidate is going to use. The hiring manager will make a decision collectively based on all given areas.
