Role: Data Engineer Location: Plano - TX - Hybrid JD: Required Skills : ,Unix,Python,AWS We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Engineer with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Unix, Python, and AWS. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills and the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion. The candidate will work in a day shift and will not require travel. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Oversee the development and execution of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging expertise in Unix, Python, and AWS. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear and concise updates to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other external partners. Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. Qualifications Possess a strong background in Unix, Python, and AWS, with hands-on experience in these technologies. Demonstrate excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Show exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Have a solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Have experience working in a hybrid work model, with the ability to effectively manage remote and in-person teams. Show proficiency in using project management tools and software.
