Location: Charlotte, NC (Locals Preferred) Onsite position from day one Contract Job Description: We are seeking a talented Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java development, with specific expertise in multithreading, collections, and messaging systems such as Angular, React, Modern Database, Azure JMS and/or Kafka. Responsibilities: Designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications that are high-performing, scalable, and reliable. Utilizing multithreading concepts to optimize application performance and responsiveness. Leveraging Java collections framework to store, retrieve, and manipulate data efficiently. Integrating messaging systems such as React, Modern Database, Azure, Kafka for asynchronous communication between components. Requirements: Proficiency in Java programming language and its core concepts. In-depth understanding of multithreading and concurrency in Java. Strong knowledge of Java collections framework and its practical applications. Experience working with messaging systems like JMS and/or Kafka. Familiarity with software development best practices, design patterns, and clean code principles. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and communicate technical concepts clearly. Preferred Skills: Experience with distributed computing and parallel processing. Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies.
