Must have working knowledge and hands on exp of SAS Perform unit testing of application software modifications utilizing various programming platforms and productivity tools and review results for accuracy. Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis Provide on call support in support of application and system availability Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues causing the unavailability of applications for users Document the cause and resolution of outages in the System Info databases Thoroughly document code changes.
