| Job Title : SAP Fieldglass with Oil and Gas Domain Local to TX Location : Houston, TX (Day one onsite) Start date : 1stMay 2024 Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support. Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass modules, including Vendor Management, Requisitioning, Timesheet Management, Invoicing, and Reporting. Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration, including custom fields, rules, and workflows. Experience with SAP Fieldglass APIs for system integration and customization. Proficiency in contingent workforce management processes, including vendor onboarding, worker engagement, and performance management. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, contract management, and compliance requirements related to contingent workforce management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. SAP certification in Fieldglass or related area is preferred. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of SAP ERP HR modules (HCM, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
