Please find the below Job description and send the suitable resume to [email protected] Job Title: Senior C/C++ Developer Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite) Locals Only Duration: Long term contract Experience: 8+ Years Role Overview: As a Senior C/C++ Developer, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of LOUP Logistics' UOP, a homegrown Transportation Management System (TMS) developed in the late 1990s. UOP is a critical application for managing the planning and back-office operations of LOUPs Transload product. The system employs a three-tier architecture, with a front-end Java Swing client communicating via JAD and JOLT to a Tuxedo domain with numerous Tuxedo services. This role requires strong technical expertise and provides 24x7 support for Tuxedo services. Must-Have Skills: Programming Languages: Proficient in C, C++, Oracle Pro C, and Pro C++. Tuxedo: Strong experience with Oracle Tuxedo services and servers. Database: In-depth knowledge of SQL, including indexes and hints, with proficiency in PL/SQL. Linux: Expertise in Linux, especially with shell scripting. Nice-to-Have Skills: Java Swing: Experience with Java Swing for front-end development. Desired Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL database management with a focus on performance optimization. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
