Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and strategies. Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management. Manage project schedules using MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project. Create and maintain SharePoint project sites. Ensure high-quality project schedules, baselines, and variance reporting. Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Publish weekly status reports on project activities, issues, and accomplishments. Ensure all operational readiness review activities are completed on time. Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOW) for RFPs and ongoing vendor support.
