Role: Principal Marketing Manager Manage both inbound and outbound product marketing programs, with the ability to use storytelling, customer insights, data and business acumen to lead initiatives at any phase of the product life cycle (from idea to maturity) and execute a GTM plan that can drive impact and influence. Deep partnership with sales and sales enablement teams, prioritizing product solutions, audience segments and initiatives. Embed with the Mid Market sales teams to develop and lead a rapid cycle learning agenda to build empathy with and the understanding of the attitudes, needs and pain points of our highest value customers who may be experiencing growing pains with QuickBooks. Guide the customer-backed marketing strategy for our Money product portfolio via the Mid-market sales channel, starting with select target audiences and the solutions to win. Design and manage processes for gathering and synthesizing customer insights for sales teams and partnering with PM to influence product priorities. Leverage consumer (qual and quant), competitive, and industry insights plus new technological capabilities to uncover opportunities that can help further differentiate our suite of product offerings. Collaborate with Finance and other Marketers to build a 1-yr revenue forecast and the corresponding marketing plan to help deliver the aligned results.
