| From: Sapna Saini, 1st-Recruit LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] ServiceNow Project Management Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for ServiceNow implementations, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance, to deliver high-quality solutions on time. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests. Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and executives. Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile project management and ServiceNow processes. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered solutions meet business requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically managing ServiceNow projects. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in Agile project management. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project). Understanding of ITIL principles and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
