Solid understanding of ServiceMax Field Service application functionality, processes, and methods of configuration Prefer additional experience in the function and process of the Salesforce Service Cloud application Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues within the ServiceMax application, including understanding of how ServiceMax interacts with 3rd party external systems to extract and update data.
