We are seeking an experienced IT Lead Analyst to oversee Workday Recruiting & Talent Acquisition modules. You will manage system configurations, business processes, custom objects, security, and integrations. This role involves collaboration with HR teams and vendors to drive automation, ensure data integrity, and generate insightful reports. Key Responsibilities: Lead 3+ full-cycle implementations of Workday Recruiting. Manage configurations, workflows, and integrations with systems like Phenom, Infor, and Indeed. Perform tenant configuration, data loads, and manage sandbox environments. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and drive automation. Ensure data accuracy through audits and resolve discrepancies. Generate recruiting reports and insights using Workday tools. Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and provide system solutions. Maintain system documentation and best practices. Qualifications: Experience leading Workday Recruiting implementations. Strong technical expertise in Workday Recruiting, integrations, and reporting. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
